Review: Tropicana Juice/Food Bar

Melbourne Muslim is a series of Muslim friendly things do, see and eat in the best city in the world that I get to call home, recommended by yours truly 🤗 …

This funky, over-the-top juice and food bar is covered in dangling oranges and is always playing some sort of music you could salsa dance to. It sticks out amidst the more refined and grey landscape of the CBD. People come for the juices but they’ve got a pretty solid menu of breakfast options, wraps and açai bowls.

TRY: My favourites are the Salmon and blueberry açai bowl and the Mango Colada (non-alcoholic) pictured.

HALAL? The meat is not halal but there are plenty of other options.

PRICE: $

It’s cheap, especially for food in the CBD. The meal deals add even more value and you should get their customer loyalty card if you think you’ll become a regular.

AMBIENCE: The inside is tiny but there’s outdoor seating.

SERVICE: Good

Let me know in the comments if you try out Tropicana! 🍊🍇🍍 More info can be found here.
